The Cub Cadet Heroes Program is intended to enable eligible Cub Cadet Dealers to offer special rebates to First Responders and Military on select Professional Products.
1. Participation in the Cub Cadet Heroes Program is voluntary.
2. This offer is available to all current and retired members of Fire, Law Enforcement, Paramedic, EMT, US Military, including US Marines, US Army, US Air Force, US Navy, US Coast Guard, National Guard and Reserves - with active, reserve, retired, or veteran status (effective 10/1/24). Proof of military service is required. Acceptable proof of military service includes:
a. Copy of DD-214 with Social Security Number removed or covered
b. Copy of individual’s Driver’s License with veteran designation
c. Copy of Department of Veterans Affairs ID Card
d. A copy of a military ID or CAC will not be accepted.
e. Copy of Military Service proof/Departmental ID card is required.
3. All claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase date.
4. A one-time Heroes Rebate may be applied to one (1) new Cub Cadet PRO Product purchase only, by an eligible retail customer on a single Dealer invoice.
5. The Heroes Rebate amounts will be distributed to eligible customers for an eligible purchase per the below schedule.
6. To receive the Cub Cadet Heroes Rebate, the CONSUMER must log into sbdheroprogram.com provide the following required information within 45 days of actual sale date:
a. A copy of the invoice/receipt clearly indicating the qualifying purchase of a new Cub Cadet PRO Product made during the Program Period October 1, 2024 - September 30, 2025
b. Registration of product within 10 days of purchase.
c. Serial Number of the qualifying PRO Product.
d. Consumer name and address.
e. Cub Cadet Dealer name and address; and
f. Copy of Military Service proof/Departmental ID card.
7. The Heroes Rebate cannot be combined with any other offer, demo, or promotion.
8. This is a Cub Cadet only program.
